A Divine French Soirée!
June 17 . 2022
Got a thing for all things French, chic and historic? Then don't go anywhere! This wedding is everything we ever dreamed of and more.
Taking place inside the ruins of abandoned open-air silk factory, the historic landscape took a French twist with chic furniture, joyous colors and exquisite imprinting and structures. To make the experience a hard one to forget, each room in the factory followed an exceptionally designed theme, giving guests the joy to wander around and wonder about what's to come. The venue was divided into four different French bistro inspired zones bringing the undeniable charm of Paris’s café-lined streets: Scarlet “The Restaurant”, Blush “The Bistro”, Canary “The Lobby”, and Sage “The Brasserie”, with which each section having its own exclusivity and special feel to it.
The immersive journey starts with golf carts transporting guests to the tropical colonial inspired welcome lounge. This little piece of paradise with exotic features such as bamboo chairs, aesthetic leaves, wild animal statues and the most soothing color palette created the perfect kick-in for a remarkable night ahead.
Keep walking and you'll find yourself in the lobby room, which will take your imagination on a sweet, wild escape. Dining under a massive stained-glass gazebo with vintage styling will transport you back to the belle époque, while the canary yellow hues against the tropical flowers will ignite your wild side. Every element in this room gets a big 'Oui' from us.
Up next? A complex that evolved into contemporary design dubbed 'The restaurant'. The idea is to have hybrid space separated into two designs on each side of the room. Oriental Eastern patterns and bold colors took over the left side, while the minimalist chic decor and neutral palette took over the right side, together reflection the beautiful combination of dissimilarity.
The extended walk will lead you to ‘The Bistro”, a pink gold and blush color-schemed area, accentuated by a line-up of mirrors and fashion-forward detailing, creating an outstanding overall sight to behold. Let's just confirm it, it doesn't get any more French than this.
Last but not least, "The brasserie ". We never knew we could fall in love with a color combination until we saw this light pink and sage green mix.
Just as magnificent as this setting was the Bride's Rami Kadi couture gown with feathers galore. To add more even more charm to her overall look, the designer created an enchanted couture rose as a replacement of the usual bridal bouquet which had left everyone in awe. To jazz it up a notch, back-to-back performance from talented acoustic singers and live musicians to killer DJs ensured the dancefloor stays packed all night. The cherry on top was definitely when singer Joe Ashkar brought his power and infectious energy to the dancefloor.
There is certainly art to be admired from this wedding creatives reflecting the coolest couple’s exuberant personalities by collecting disparate French cultural symbols and feel into the space alongside a blended touch of natural, feminine, and sophisticated sensation that spawned an iridescent, frenzy, and state-of-the-art setting!
Trust us when we say this wedding will live in our hearts and minds forever.
