A Love Ticket to the Fox Theatre!

Destiny brought this stunning couple together. Or maybe a Spooky night? Well, how about a romantic love story starting at a Halloween Party?

Lauren and Patric, two college sweethearts, found LOVE and everlasting romance roaming around the halls of a Halloween party back in college. Now that’s a beautiful tale, isn’t it?! Despite going to high schools right next door to one another, Lauren to an all-girls school, and Patric, to an all-boys school, they have never met during their high school years until THAT one night - the night that changed everything. We guess it’s just meant to be.

Years of love later, Patric decided on forever. How they got to this point is pretty unique … he just loves to do things differently. He flew all the way out to San Diego to surprise Lauren with the most sentimental proposal in a stunning candlelit and flower filled setting at the iconic Sunset Cliffs. Now who can say no to that?

Lauren always had a very distinctive vision for her wedding since the age of 12, and it has always been centered around her reception being held at The Fox Theatre. Little did she know her dream will turn into reality.

How about the fact that the woman who she loves and cherishes most, her mother, exceeded Lauren's wildest expectations by arranging and designing her special day and making her vision come true? Emotional is an understatement!

Both the wedding ceremony and reception took place in national historic landmarks surrounded by valuable architectural beauty. The couple first tied the knot in a ceremony at the Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament with a reception to follow at the Fox Theatre. We can officially consider guests attending these events one of the luckiest.

Now let's not keep you waiting, here's everything you need to know about their outwardly big day! The day kicked off with a traditional celebration at the bride's house with a Zaffa and live singer serenading the bride. The groom joined in to pick up his bride and head for the church, surrounded by a procession of family, friends and drummers hyping up the couple of the hour. After their "I dos" comes the lavish reception.

Just imagine seeing your dream wedding come to life at the Fabulous Fox Theatre, a venue as extraordinary as their love story that combines nothing but historic elegance with modern convenience. For a place known for making history, they literally chose the ideal location to create their own history together by celebrating love under the opulent interior of the Fox lobby, filled with glittering jewels and majestic archways.

The wedding reception left us speechless as everything was utterly sensational! We were hypnotized by the extravagant décor, sleek details and sophisticated elements. Their candlelit soiree was all about "glitz and glam”, embracing pure graceful elegance with glided touches. The sapphire blue charger plates and velvet chairs ticked all the right boxes, adding a sense of opulence and royalty against the mirrored tables.

The timeless setting was complemented by a fine and delicate touches such as the couple's personalized logo with their initials, and lots of gleaming lights illuminating the dinner area with a soft shiny sparkle. If you ask what we loved most, it will definitely be the bold and vibrant floral centerpieces, giving life to area and bringing a little drama to the table... literally ...From rich oranges, bright pinks, and sunny yellows to cool blues, and deep purples, these colorful vivacious exotic tulips and blooms were a sight to behold.

A lavish deluxe décor so high on style, accentuate with crystal pillar candelabras and the perfect backdrop. From intricate embellishments, marvelous surrounding to perfectly paired floral elements, this wedding is one for the books.

There was no dull moment at this exquisite party. We are talking back-to-back entertainment performances, electric violinists, live art shows, confetti blasts, ice cream and popcorn stations, Folklore dances ... everything was just SENSATIONAL!

Heartwarming moments and contagious romance were all around us that night as love was blooming all over this remarkable ceremony. Happy and emotional tears filled the room as the mother-daughter dance took centerstage when the bride surprised her mother to a song so special and dear to her heart. Not to mention how our emotions were in motion yet again while watching the father and daughter dance on the touching song of “Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You”.

Now for a little confection perfection? Can we take a moment to dive into the details of the wedding cake? A stunning 10-tiers beauty with vibrant cascading flowers that's too perfect to cut! Oh, and that's not all, just look at the lip-smacking late nigh stations of sweets from House of Chimney Cakes and some savory snacks like pizza and crazy bread from Little Cesars ... so delicious, so tempting!
